2. Registration & Payment
Courses & Training
* Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
* Payment must be made via approved methods (PayNow, bank transfer, or official payment link).
Consultation Services
* All consultation sessions must be booked in advance.
* Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to confirm the appointment.
Yi Wisdom Culture reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.

3. Fees & Refund Policy
Courses
* All fees paid are non-refundable.
* Requests for rescheduling or transfer may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
* No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
Consultation Services
* Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the session is confirmed.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
* Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited.

4. Course & Appointment Changes
Yi Wisdom Culture reserves the right to:
* Reschedule course dates or consultation sessions
* Change delivery format (online/offline)
* Assign a different trainer or consultant if necessary
If a session is cancelled by Yi Wisdom Culture:
* A reschedule or full refund will be offered.

* Consultation analysis, reports, and recommendations
are the intellectual property of Yi Wisdom Culture.
Participants/clients may not:
* Reproduce, distribute, or publish materials

6. Consultation Scope & Limitations
Consultation services provided by Yi Wisdom Culture are based on:
* Principles of Yi Wisdom and traditional systems such as the I Ching
* Professional experience and analytical frameworks
Clients acknowledge that:
* All insights and recommendations are interpretative and advisory in nature
* Outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors beyond control

* Clients and participants are solely responsible for their decisions and actions
